Frequently asked questions
How good does my photo need to be?
A 60×40 cm print needs roughly 2800×1900 pixels — almost any phone from the last decade manages that. The configurator computes the effective resolution for your crop and warns you before you order if the print would come out soft.
What if my photo is not the same shape as the glass?
That is the rule rather than the exception. The system reads your photo's aspect ratio, suggests the format that crops it least, then lets you pan and zoom until the framing is right.
Does glass survive shipping?
So far it has not. Each print travels in corner foam inside a carton marked fragile, sent by an insured courier. If a parcel does arrive damaged, open it in front of the courier and refuse it — we send a replacement at our own cost, no questions asked.
How is it mounted?
Glass prints arrive in an aluminium profile and canvas comes stretched over a wooden frame — both are ready to hang. Glass is heavier than canvas, so plasterboard needs a proper anchor.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Send us an enquiry with the measurements you need. The largest formats are quoted individually anyway.
How is the print made?
With UV printing directly on glass. The ink is cured by UV lamps the moment it is applied, so the print resists moisture and cleaning and does not fade over time.
How long does production take?
5 business days from order confirmation, plus delivery time.
